I had this on DVD and I watched it so many times. It was and still is one of my favorite movies, both as a child and as a teen. I'm sad to hear that not many people remember this amazing movie, but I'm at peace to know that I still think of it from time to time. I think it's been too long since I've last seen it, I'll fix that soon.

How I met my best friend : The first time I ever put a foot in my new school at 6 years old after moving from Paris. The playground was huge and far far away from where I was was a garden. Passing the gates with my mind being like "ok, Mission making friends !"(no joke I was really thinking that) I saw her in the garden, the farthest person from me, my eyes locked on her and I thought "it's her !" And I ran to her, I took her by the shoulders and I said "Hi ! I'm Elsa and you ? -My name's G -Great ! Now your my best friend!" And we have been bff for 13 years now :^)

One of the biggest happenstance that is irrelevant now ..is school...like...it was basis of almost all my friendships ..good one even..but ..after an year of just not being in that environment..its taken a toll..and things are not the way they were...even though schools are opening up...it will never be the same..and being a teenager ..that is very daunting ...

To be honest I don’t know if The Fox and the Hound is forgotten. It’s more like it’s one of those Disney movies that’s really hard to watch and parents (who watched it when they were young) either don’t want to show their kids this movie or are having a hard time watching it again after growing up and experiencing similar themes in the movie.

It’s so sad cause it’s true. I had the same thing happen after me and my best friend went to different schools for years. We grew to be different people, but tried to see each other every year. We were excited when we started middle school because then we went to the same school again. It took a couple years to realize, but we were way too different. By high school we pretty much cut each other off and it’s weird to see her on campus now because she doesn’t even respond when I say hey.

I used to lament & ruminate over lost friendships & relationships too. They’re like fragments of both hearts being chipped off that mixed together. This was really wonderfully made. I'm used to your rather comedic approach to shows and movies but I'm not gonna complain at all if you chose to make more of your videos in this style. You kept your humor in it but did more of a deeper analysis and it had amazing visuas, especially since it was so fitting for the theme. Keep it up! You're a really great creator.
